Who are the people in uniforms? What is behind their clothes? Mariko created this photo series to show that the clothes someone wears do not identify them. A label that has been put on by society does not show who you are from the inside. Mariko created the uniforms of the garbage man from transparent fabric (Tulle) to emphasize the real person underneath the uniform.
